Conventional sulphuric acid anodizing (Architectural Class 1 & 2) to a max length of 25' ( 26' corner to corner )
We can now offer 2 step coloring, bronze and black, to class 1 & 2 to 22' long
Black and gold dye tanks to 22 feet ( please note: we no longer keep a 22' long gold dye tank in stock. A dye set up charge would be required. Please contact us to discuss your requirements )
Hard Anodizing .002'' thick
Red and Blue dye for small parts
We also have hard anodizing which is an industrial finish used where very durable thick coatings are required.
This type of anodizing is generally used to increase the wear resistance on aluminum when it is used in machinery under severe conditions.
